26	दुय्यम निबंधक यांचे कडुन आलेले दस्त हे फेरफार घेणेसाठी तलाठी लॉगिन ला येतात परंतु सदर दस्ताची सुची क्र 2 व दस्त हे उपलब्ध होत नाही ते फेरफार घेण्याच्या पहिले उपलब्ध झाले पाहिजे. कारण दस्त तलाठी यांचे लॉग इन ला येतात परंतु सुची 2 दिसत नसल्याने फेरफार घेता येत नाही. व दस्तांची pendency वाढत आहे. तसेच तलाठ्यांच्या तक्रारी आहे की दस्त नोंदवल्यानंतर तलाठी यांचे लॉग इन ला उशीरा येतात	eFerfar	SCANNING @ SRO

67	भोगवटादार वर्ग २ व सरकार भूधारणा असलेले काही गट तहसीलदार यांचे मान्यते नंतर ही फेरफार घेणेस उपलब्ध होत नाही. संबंधित गटावर फेरफार घेताना ''सदर सर्वे हा भोगवटादार वर्ग २ असून फेरफार घेणेसाठी जिल्हा कलेक्टर किंवा त्यांचे प्रतिनिधीयांची पूर्वपरवानगी आवश्यक आहे असा मेसेज येतो.  ( अशा वेळी गट odc अहवालात  प्रलंबित असतो –योग्य तो मेसेज देणेत यावा)	eFerfar	Done.
